Zak graduated from Biella this spring. He and Sofi are now at Santa Rosa Charter School.

After about 10 days of a very nice visit we returned our borrowed Isabelle to her family.

...this? Whatever the cause, Grandpa is now teaching a course in digital photography at Sofi and Zak's school. The kids love to "mess up faces."'

We went to Safari West in Santa Rosa. On top of the converted Dodge Power Wagon are Zak, Nicole, and Sofi. Grandpa rides inside the vehicle.

Camp Hudson began with the traditional visit to the Claim Jumper restaurant in Concord, where the desserts are magnificent.

For Camp Hudson this year Grandpa took the kids to Disneyland. Here they are at the Magic Kingdom.

Quite unbelievably, Francisco and Zak managed to get up early in the morning to go for a swim at out motel before the day's activities at Disneyland.

After Disneyland we went to the Sonoma County Fair.

Nicole, Sofi, Zak, and Grandpa went to Six Flags as guests of Nicole's aunt...

In late August Grandpa's old friend, Fred, came to San Francisco for a conference. The two old silverbacks had lunch in downtown SF.
